  • How much weight will I lose?

    If weight loss is your goal, you WILL lose weight with Ace Fitness Bootcamp. The amount of weight you will lose is dependent on genetics, metabolism, age and current weight/height. We expect guests to lose between 3-7 kilos approximately.

  • Is this hardcore army boot camp regime?

    It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

  • I am unfit or out of shape, can I still join Ace Fitness Boot camp?

  • What can I expect from Ace Fitness Bootcamp?

    All of our days are completely different; however we can guarantee a well organized fitness schedule built into the beautiful Chiang Mai surroundings. Our days will be packed with classes such as kettle bells, circuits, body sculpt & Pilates. While outside of the hotel, we will get a chance to powerwalk around the Royal Rajapruek Floral gardens, learn Muay Thai at a professional boxing gym and end an incredible cycle day at the beautiful Chiang Mai Canyon.

  • Will the Bootcamp address my personal fitness needs?

    Prior to any exercise, you will discuss your personal fitness needs with the leader. After initial measurement & assessments, he will ensure you are motivated and coached to meet your specific goals during the exercise classes. At the end of your holiday, we will check and assess the fitness results with you.

  • Can I see the schedule?

    “Our schedule packed full of different types of exercise classes. We do not send this out prior to the arrival of our guests, as we are concerned guests may view it as too difficult. We will of course answer any individual enquiries you have by web chat, message or email.”

  • Can I book an Ace Fitness Bootcamp holiday as an individual?

    YES! Infact, the majority of our guests are individuals looking to join our fitness boot camps to get a fitness/weight loss kick start and make new friends as part of an active holiday.

  • What will I need to bring?

    Please ensure you bring clothes to exercise in, trainers, swimming wear, a hat and a water bottle. We would advise that you bring a spare pair of trainers and during the rainy season you have a waterproof jacket also. If you have gloves
