As part of our bootcamp week, we will visit a professional Muay Thai Camp where our guests will receive 1-2-1 tuition from world class Thai boxing instructors. This is a fun way to burn some calories and learn the traditional fighting art of Muay Thai.

We are lucky to be able have Adam Domine from Freedom Yoga visit our boot camp for an Ashtanga themed Yoga session. Adam is a friendly teacher who owns and operates the Freedom Yoga centre in Chiang Mai which currently ranks at number 12 on tripadvisor.
