After graduating from the University of Worcester in 2002, Phill has remained within the fitness industry continuously, working as a PE & Health teacher, fitness instructor, personal trainer and boot camp leader. He has over 10 years coaching and competition experience which includes competing in professional Muay Thai in Thailand & K1 Kickboxing in the UK. He also competed in semi professional Mixed Martial Arts and amateur boxing.
Phill holds a WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association) certificate in fitness instruction obtained in the University of Worcester. He is a regular nutrition and fitness writer for the fitness website Balanced Being Online.
